Dress Up Day

I hope everyone enjoyed parent engagement week.
All the children in 1E enjoyed coming to school dressed in clothes suitable for the weather in their home country. Over the next few weeks we will be finding out more about different clothes and materials.

Remember to keep helping your children to learn their number pairs that total 10 and doubles up to 10.

1E had a wonderful time at Creek Park.

We played on the playground, did some tree rubbings and went on a shape hunt.

Quizes in the Car

Do you spend a lot of time driving in Dubai traffic?
Why not have an "In Car Quiz"?
Why not test your child on some of the following that we are learning in class:
Names of body parts including: shoulders, elbows, wrists, ankles, heels etc.
Counting forwards (and backwards) to 20 and beyond.
Say the number that comes after 16.
Say the number that comes before 13.
Can you see any numbers around you as we drive along (or sit in the traffic jam!).
Can you see and read any labels?
